Most in-stock orders ship within 48-hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed
over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.
Orders ship from Austin, TX. Ground shipments usually arrive within 6 business
days from when they are shipped.
If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you. Most backorders/special
orders ship within three weeks.
Please note: on orders over $100, a 50% deposit will be charged initially, and
the remainder will be charged as soon as your order ships.

Currently we do not offer mail order catalogs and only sell via our secure online store or by phone at 1-866-456-TUNG during business hours.
